What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Working knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostic ability to include: internal engine, suspension, brakes, electronic, exhaust, Speak and write English, Ability to read and interpret documents, Ability to write simple correspondence, Understand and execute instructions, Successfully complete the Parts Knowledge Assessment, Use basic math accurately, Use Microsoft software effectively (Word, Excel required), organizational skills, Understand Commercial profitability concepts, Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed
Nice to Have
ASE certification, Spanish, ASE P2 certified or ASE ready equivalent, Parts and automotive system knowledge skills, Friendly communication, Ability to locate and stock parts, Safety knowledge and skills, Operating inventory systems and store equipment, Operating POS and Parts lookup systems, Advanced solution, project and product quality recommendation ability, Advanced selling skills for commercial customers, Ability to multi-task and remain organized, Effective communication, listening and problem solving skills, Prior automotive parts experience, Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions, Formal or informal experience leading teams, including supervising daily tasks, and working together to achieve goals

Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards
Maintain commercial stocking programs
Build and maintain second source suppliers
Maintain commercial returns
Maintain commercial credit accounts
Partner with GM for driver coverage

Team & Collaboration
Partner with GM to manage Team Members; Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs; Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage
