What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Working knowledge of automotive systems, Diagnostic ability, Speak and write English, Communicate effectively, Build relationships, Read and interpret documents, Understand and execute instructions, Successfully complete the Parts Knowledge Assessment, Use basic math accurately, Use Microsoft software effectively, Organizational skills, Understand Commercial profitability concepts, Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends

Nice to Have

ASE P2 certified or ASE ready equivalent, Spanish a plus, ASE certification preferred

Maintain commercial customer relationships

Provide day-to-day supervisory support

Partner with GM for driver coverage
