What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Working knowledge of automotive systems, Diagnostic ability, Speak and write English, Communicate effectively, Build relationships with customers, peers and management, Read and interpret documents, Write simple correspondence, Understand and execute instructions, Successfully complete the Parts Knowledge Assessment, Use basic math accurately, Use Microsoft software effectively (Word, Excel required), Organizational skills, Understand Commercial profitability concepts, Knowledge of competition, market opportunities, and customer prioritization, Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends

Nice to Have

ASE certification, ASE P2 certified or ASE ready equivalent, Spanish a plus

What You'll Do.

Maintain commercial customer relationships

Provide GAS2 selling experience

Achieve personal / store sales goals

Provide day-to-day supervisory support

Collaborate with GM on coaching

Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards

Maintain commercial stocking programs

Build and maintain second source suppliers

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partner with GM to manage Team Members; Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs; Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage

Speak and write English; Communicate effectively; Build relationships; Listen; Problem solving
