3 years automotive parts experience, Proven sales ability, Experience leading teams, Supervising daily tasks, Working together to achieve goals, High school diploma or GED, Basic math skills, Microsoft Word proficiency, Microsoft Excel proficiency, Speak and write English, Read and interpret documents, Understand and execute instructions, Complete Parts Knowledge Assessment
Nice to Have
ASE P2 certified, ASE ready equivalent, ASE certification
