Working knowledge of automotive systems, Diagnostic ability, Speak and write English, Communicate effectively, Build relationships, Read and interpret documents, Understand and execute instructions, Successfully complete Parts Knowledge Assessment, Use basic math accurately, Use Microsoft Word, Use Microsoft Excel, Organizational skills, Understand Commercial profitability concepts, Ability to work assortment of days, evenings, and weekends
Nice to Have
ASE P2 certified, ASE ready equivalent, Spanish a plus, 3 years prior automotive parts experience, Proven sales ability, Experience in fulfillment of customer transactions, Experience leading teams, Supervising daily tasks, Working together to achieve goals, ASE certification preferred
