What They're Looking For.
Must Have
6 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales, Fluency in Russian (written and spoken), Fluency in English (written and spoken), Demonstrable track record of managing partner relationships that generate measurable commercial outcomes, Comfort operating in a metrics-driven environment, Experience owning pipeline targets and reporting against KPIs, Willingness to travel across Eastern Europe and the wider EMEA region
Nice to Have
Experience working with or within the mobile measurement, app ecosystem, or performance marketing landscape, Existing network across Eastern European advertising, agency, or technology ecosystems, Proficiency in an additional Eastern European language such as Polish, Romanian, Czech, or Ukrainian, Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and partnership platforms (Crossbeam), Experience within the mobile tech or app ecosystem
What You'll Do.
Own full partner lifecycle across Eastern Europe
Prospecting and onboarding partners
Activate partners and develop pipeline
Deliver revenue through partners
Build and manage partner relationships
Drive partner-sourced pipeline
Collaborate with Sales on pipeline generation
Lead joint go-to-market planning
Represent AppsFlyer at industry events
Maintain accurate pipeline and activity reporting
Provide regular forecasts and territory updates
Identify and assess new partnership opportunities
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with Sales on pipeline generation; Work across technology partners, agencies, resellers, and strategic alliances; Contribute to broader EMEA partnership activity
