What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3+ years in partnerships, business development, or commercial sales within mobile AdTech, SaaS, or digital advertising, Proven revenue growth through partnerships and complex deal execution, Deep knowledge of the Chinese mobile ecosystem - platforms, Ad tech players, and local business culture, Mandarin fluency (written and spoken) and English proficiency - both required, Solid grasp of GCR regulatory requirements: App Store compliance, SDK data practices, Daily AI user - you embed AI into research, prioritization, and decision-making as a matter of habit, not curiosity, Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and able to present complex ideas simply to any audience

Nice to Have

Direct experience managing MMP, DSP, Ad Network, or agency partnerships in the GCR market, Experience with SaaS product partnerships or mobile analytics platforms, existing network within the GCR mobile advertising or marketing technology ecosystem, Being introduced by an AppsFlyer team member

You will manage relationships from first contact to signed agreements, co-build go-to-market plans with key partners, and be the person who makes things happen in one of our most important global markets. What you'll do: Commercial Growth and Revenue Drive partner-led revenue by identifying, developing, and closing high-value commercial partnerships across the GCR mobile ecosystem Own partner-driven pipeline, including new partner acquisition, activation, and retention initiatives Develop and execute joint business plans with key partners to unlock new revenue streams Negotiate and close commercial agreements and partnership contracts Execute go-to-market strategies for new products and market opportunities within GCR Partnership Development and Ecosystem Expansion Build and grow relationships with strategic partners — including DSPs, media networks, agencies, OEMs, and technology platforms active in China (e. g.
