Must Have
2+ years of experience in commercial operations, client contracting, or alliance support, Advanced level English (both oral & written), Excel & Powerpoint advanced level, PowerBI: advanced level including dashboard creation from scratch, Open to learn new tools & upskilling, Understand the importance of have a correct information management, Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection, Correct Information Security Management

Salesforce, SharePoint, MS Forms, FlexForecast, Icertis, Einstein dashboards, GenAI tools (e.g. , Co-Pilot, ChatPwC), Automations & PowerApps

Support contract creation
Support program documentation
Support stakeholder coordination
Accelerate alliance deal execution
Prepare compliant quote packages
Prepare engagement artifacts
Prepare program documents
Draft engagement records
Address blockers in intake process
Develop Power BI dashboards
Draft engagement artifacts
Build initial quote packages
Create contract documentation
Track opportunity statuses
Coordinate with partner contacts
Design program playbooks
Validate new opportunity intakes
Ensure system updates and approvals
Monitor opportunity progress
Assist in development of tracker updates
Assist in reporting metrics
Conduct monthly pipeline reporting
Support engagement team pipeline hygiene
How You'll Work.

Partner closely with Sales, Legal, and Alliance teams; Coordinate with partner contacts and internal teams
