What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience in end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) management, 3+ years of experience in monthly closing, Data analysis and reporting skills using MS Office tools, Proven ability to manage overall commercial orders, Proven ability in contract reviews, Proven ability in sales forecasting, Solid understanding of master data processes, Solid understanding of inventory management processes, High level of accuracy, Meticulous attention to detail, Multitasking abilities to prioritize various tasks, Ability to meet deadlines, Excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams, Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, Proactive problem-solving skills, Mindset for process optimization, High adaptability to navigate a dynamic business environment
Nice to Have
Experience utilizing CRM systems, Experience optimizing CRM systems, Experience using ERP systems, Experience in creating operational guidelines, Experience in creating coaching materials for sales teams
What You'll Do.
Own the End-to-End Order-to-Cash (OTC) lifecycle
Own inventory management
Own overall commercial enablement
Drive operational excellence
Execute period-end closings
Deliver sales forecasts
Coordinate the full lifecycle of commercial orders
Coordinate the full lifecycle of free trial orders
Manage contract to final invoicing
Generate sales forecasting reports
Submit sales forecasting reports
Execute monthly sales order closing activities
Maintain accurate master data
Update QM-related documents
Archive QM-related documents
Maintain accurate inventory data in SAP
Conduct monthly stock-taking activities
Reconcile inventory reports
Develop project plans for process improvement
Execute process improvement projects
Monitor performance of process improvement projects
Optimize OTC/ITO workflows
Provide ongoing coaching to sales managers
Provide guidance to sales managers
Share best-practices with sales managers
