Full Job Description

You’ll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world. # **A Day in the Life** This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in commercial operations and support a variety of sales, contract, and marketing-related activities in Poland. The intern will work closely with the commercial team, providing day-to-day support across operational and administrative tasks while developing practical business experience in an international environment. **Internship details:** • Start date: 1st August 2026 • Location: Warsaw • Duration: 6 months (with the possibility of extension) • Working hours: 30 hours per week • Working model: Hybrid (minimum 2 day per week in the office) **Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:** • Supporting tender and offer management activities, including identifying relevant opportunities and helping prepare offers and submission documentation • Assisting with SFDC administration, including creating and updating opportunities, maintaining service contract data, and supporting data accuracy • Helping with contract and commercial support activities, including renewals, warranty conversions, and related administrative follow-up • Supporting follow-up on tele-sales activities and marketing campaigns, including non-digital campaign execution when needed • Assisting in the preparation of marketing materials • Working closely with the commercial team in daily activities **Required Knowledge and Skills:** • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree (student status must be maintained throughout the entire internship period) • Fluency in Polish and English, both spoken and written • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Detail-oriented, with a focus on q
