What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree required, Minimum 2 years of experience or exposure to biologics/large molecule drug development preferred, Demonstrated ability to work with external stakeholders or clients in a professional setting highly preferred, Exposure to commercial operations, account management, or program management environments highly preferred, Experience in business analytics role preferred, Working knowledge of biologics drug substance manufacturing, Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, and/or Tableau), Experience building and maintaining data/reporting platforms (e. g. , SharePoint) preferred
Nice to Have

Develop and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting
Support S&OP demand planning and resource forecasting
