Address backlog issues

Consolidate sales reports
Consolidate order reports
Maintain tracking system in orders/sales
Ensure deliverables in line with forecasted numbers
Assist in Contract Management
Organize distributor performance

Here, you will find more than just a job—you will find purpose and pride. **Summary** This role is looking for a diligent and independent team member to liason with inter departments and manager to handle Order Fulfillment (customer sales order & incoming call queries, prepare quotation, order processing, delivery arrangement in a cost efficient and timely manner) and Distributors Management. The employee will provide necessary support to achieve customer satisfaction and meet or exceed financial performance objectives ** _ESSENTIAL ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES_** **Order Management** * Maintain a proper & updated e-filing system with regards to orders/sales/customer references. * Sales coordination which includes and not restricted to updating reference installed base, dealer’s pending orders, delivery dates * Customer Relations Management which includes handling customer complaints, receivables, inquiries, short shipments, commission payable to dealers. Taking ownership of customers issues and following problems through to resolution. * Managing end-users/dealers expectation of delivery dates against factory’s output dates * Handle from the placement of orders, refunds or warranty replacement through to shipment completion. **Coordinate & Order Management Planning** * Conduct week
