What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Background in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, excellent communication, drafting and negotiation skills in English, advanced proficiency in English, 3–5 years of experience in Deal Desk, Pricing, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Commercial Finance, Available to work on site from Monday to Thursday in our offices in Rio de Janeiro or São Paulo, Able to think of secure and creative solutions for complex commercial negotiations with clients, stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions across different levels of the organization, Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, Attentive to detail and have a sense of quality, Average user with basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite
Nice to Have
ecommerce/ SaaS background is a plus, Proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish is a plus, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment, Experience with CRM and CLM systems (CLM) is a plus
What You'll Do.
Oversee and streamline commercial review and management processes
Ensure all commercial contracts are reviewed efficiently
Identify and escalate risks
Support internal stakeholders with clear guidance and tools
Own and drive pricing strategy and deal structuring
Review and approve commercial proposals
Lead renewals and renegotiations
Manage the deal approval process end-to-end
Support the development and optimization of pricing guidelines
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Act as a key partner to Sales, supporting complex deals; Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Legal, and Operations to ensure deals are structured efficiently and executed smoothly; Enjoy working collaboratively; stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions across different levels of the organization
