What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1–3 years of experience in marketing analytics, business analysis, finance, or a related field, Experience working with data sets, reporting tools, or dashboards (e. g. , Excel, Power BI, Tableau), analytical capability with attention to detail and data accuracy, Ability to interpret financial and performance data and translate into insights, Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools, Ability to synthesize information into clear, concise summaries, written and verbal communication skills, Comfortable preparing materials for leadership audiences with guidance, Effective collaborator across teams and geographies, Organized with time management and follow-through, Demonstrates accountability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment, Structured thinker with a process-oriented approach, Proactive in identifying issues and suggesting improvements, Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities

What You'll Do.
Support consolidation of regional performance data (revenue
forecasts) into standardized reports
Analyze trends to identify risks and opportunities and highlight key insights for leadership
Assist in preparing materials for business reviews (monthly
quarterly) and planning cycles
Ensure accuracy and consistency of KPIs and reporting definitions across regions
Coordinate inputs from regions to support annual operating plan (AOP) and long-range planning processes
Maintain planning templates
and documentation to ensure alignment and transparency
Track A&P spend against guidelines and flag variances
Support execution of the commercial marketing calendar (e. g.
and track follow-ups to ensure accountability
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in reporting and planning processes
