What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Ability to meet federal security clearance requirements, 8+ years of direct experience in a project role with a mid-size to large general contractor, Commercial/Contract management experience in a complex project environment, understanding of complex contracts, Proficiency in cost estimation, forecasting, scheduling, risk management, and reporting, Proficient in contract management and negotiation, Solid understanding of construction trades, safety, and construction techniques, Knowledge of construction industry trends and regulations, Major project experience on projects valued at $1B+, Ability to travel frequently to local and off-site project locations, Ability to thrive in a highly regulated, technically complex project environment, Experience working on nuclear, industrial, or other highly regulated major projects, Demonstrated ability to navigate complex project governance and compliance environments, Experience leading teams or acting as a senior commercial or project lead on large-scale infrastructure projects

What You'll Do.
Lead the Commercial Team

Produce commercial cases
Lead claim management
Ensure contract compliance
Advise on contract negotiations
Provide commercial guidance

Support executive reporting
Make commercial presentations
