Bolt Market is looking for a driven Commercial Manager, Groceries to own and grow our grocery commercial performance in Tallinn, Estonia. About the role As a Commercial Manager, you will own the commercial performance of assigned grocery categories, shaping assortment, pricing, promotions, and supplier strategy to deliver an excellent customer experience while driving sustainable revenue and profitability. You will work closely with the Senior Commercial Manager and cross-functional teams to execute the local commercial strategy in line with global objectives, combining strong commercial ownership with data-driven decision-making. Main tasks and responsibilities: Own category strategy including assortment, pricing, promotions, and cost of goods to deliver revenue and margin targets. Manage and grow relationships with ~30+ suppliers, including negotiations, contracts, and joint business plans. Drive commercial performance by balancing promotional investments, growth tools, and profitability across P act as a deputy for the Senior Commercial Manager when needed. About you: 3–5 years of experience in commercial, category management, ecommerce, FMCG, or retail environments. Strong commercial and negotiation skills with experience managing supplier relationships and pricing discussions. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights and actions. Solid understanding of financial principles, P experience working with Nielsen data is a strong plus.
