Proven experience in Commercial Manager role, Senior QS role experience, Pre-construction or bid environments experience, Track record delivering major project tenders, Experience in social infrastructure sectors, Excellent understanding of procurement routes, Excellent understanding of contracts (NEC/JCT), Excellent understanding of risk management, Commercially astute, Ability to influence strategic decision-making, Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Degree-qualified in Commercial Management
