Proven experience in Commercial Manager or Senior QS role, Track record delivering complex infrastructure or major project tenders (£20m+), Experience in social infrastructure sectors, Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
Nice to Have
Professional membership (RICS or equivalent) desirable
