## Accountabilities Lead onboarding and training programs for agency operations managers, ensuring strong foundational knowledge and rapid readiness for field performance. Serve as a primary coach and strategic advisor, equipping field leaders with structured coaching frameworks, sales methodologies, and performance improvement tools. Conduct field visits, agency ride-alongs, and performance observations to assess execution, provide feedback, and model best practices. Partner with agency leaders to identify capability gaps, develop individualized development plans, and support continuous skill enhancement. Design, update, and maintain training materials, curricula, job aids, and digital learning resources aligned with business and product changes. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure training content reflects regulatory updates, operational needs, and sales strategies. Evaluate training effectiveness using performance metrics, feedback, and business outcomes, and recommend improvements as needed. Support ongoing development and progression of high-performing associates, including readiness for advanced leadership roles. Analyze agency performance trends and provide insights to leadership to support capability-building strategies. Conduct regular reviews of industry best practices and incorporate relevant updates into training programs and materials. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Education, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in property & casualty (P&C) insurance, sales, field leadership, training, or enablement roles.
