This is a hybrid role. In this role, you’ll lead all commercial elements of the business and lead on defining the strategy for Editions. What You’ll Be Doing Here’s what your day-to-day might look like: - Optimise the Editions restaurant portfolio (product market fit), holding a mid-term vision for the portfolio in each site - Identify potential new leads for Editions - Negotiate commercial terms with strategic existing and new partners - Coordinate across different functions within the business (Commercial, Sales, Site Ops, Marketing) in order to grow the Editions business - Define and execute initiatives to improve network-level and site-level occupancy and drive growth for Editions partners - Define and execute initiatives to improve Editions' profitability - Work with the finance team to build the Editions business plan and forecast - Report on Editions P&L and initiatives to senior management both locally and in HQ through recurring business reviews and docs What You’ll Need to Thrive Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others: - 5+ years of experience in hospitality and/or FMCG, or related field - 2+ years of managerial experience, coaching, and developing individuals/teams - Demonstrated success in B2B sales, negotiation, and deal structuring - Financial fluency, with experience i
