In this role, you will lead the commercial management function across a major infrastructure program, providing oversight of contract administration, cost control, claims management, risk mitigation, and commercial reporting. **What You 'll Be Doing:** * Oversee project contracts, including preparation, review, administration, and compliance monitoring. * Manage contractual obligations and ensure contract terms are executed in a timely and effective manner. * Advise project teams on contractual risks, claims, entitlements, and commercial implications. * Lead the commercial monitoring of project costs, forecasts, budgets, and cash flows. * Analyze cost trends, identify commercial risks, and support the implementation of mitigation strategies. * Work closely with finance and project controls teams to ensure accurate cost reporting and forecasting. * Manage variations, claims, and change orders, ensuring proper assessment, documentation, and commercial evaluation. * Support the negotiation and resolution of claims with contractors, consultants, and relevant stakeholders. * Identify, assess, and manage commercial risks across the project lifecycle. * Develop mitigation plans and provide commercial advice to support leadership decision making. * Prepare commercial reports, dashboards, KPIs, and management updates for senior leadership and client stakeholders. * Present commercial insights, risks, and recommendations to support informed decision making. * Lead, mentor, an
