10+ Years of Commercial Underwriting Experience, Multi Line Package portfolio management, Ability to manage by influence, Demonstrated proficiency on AIG policy rating/issuance platforms, Working knowledge of ISO, Working knowledge of Admitted product execution, Working knowledge of Non Admitted product execution, Proven understanding of manuscript, Proven understanding of admitted form language, Proven understanding of policy coverage analysis, Demonstrated ability to understand and work with analytical tools, Demonstrated ability to understand and work with reports, Demonstrated ability to understand and work with technology, Ability to work in dynamic, rapidly changing environment, Ability to adapt to changing requirements, Ability to collaborate with a wide range of colleagues, Ability to quickly deliver solutions, Highly motivated, Results-oriented, Proven creative problem solver, Very verbal communication skills, Very written communication skills

What You'll Do.
Develop and negotiate business plans
Participate in Underwriting Quality conduct
Position program growth
Coordinate and chair Stewardship meetings
Identify and market new products
Understand assigned program industries
Update program eligibility and coverages
Identify training opportunities at PA level
Guide Program Administrators
Manage delegated authority
Oversee and monitor PA peers review
Develop working knowledge of AIG systems
Understand and minimize AAL
Develop line of business expertise
Identify trends in program profiles
Communicate and implement measures
Demonstrate understanding of industry changes
Ensure PA meets underwriting expectations
Manage underwriting authority
Participate in insurance and industry meetings
Collaborate with Actuarial
Oversee implementation of new business programs
Maintain current industry knowledge
Maintain market intelligence
Maintain competitor analysis
Develop and provide superior customer service
Maintain working relationships with PAs

Collaborating with Actuarial, Accounting, Claims, Operations, Program Development, Risk Management and Underwriting; Coordinating with Operations, IT and other functional support areas for new business implementation
