High school diploma or G. E. D. equivalent, Two or more years' experience in mid-size brokerage or carrier, Working knowledge of Microsoft Office computer software applications, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, Ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands, High level of interpersonal skills, Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations, Teamwork, Poise, Tact, Diplomacy

What You'll Do.
