What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Associate degree or technical training, Universal CFC certification required, 5+ years of HVAC or refrigeration experience, Troubleshooting skills for complex systems and controls, Basic understanding of building systems and maintenance practices, Ability to read and understand manuals, drawings, and instructions, Familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), Must complete OSHA 10 within 6 months of hire, Focus on safety for yourself and others, Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks
Nice to Have
Willing to work at multiple locations, Be on call as needed
What You'll Do.
Monitor and manage building automation systems
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment
Work with BMS technicians to adjust and fix
and repair building systems
Follow preventive maintenance plans
Complete work orders and track repairs
Estimate time and materials needed for repairs
Maintain parts inventory and order supplies
Respond quickly to urgent or emergency issues
Support the supervisor with vendor and subcontractor coordination
Handle internal service requests and daily site needs
Follow all safety and OSHA guidelines
Help train and support team members
Build positive working relationships
