Our capabilities span system design, custom ductwork fabrication through our in-house sheet metal shop, new installations, ongoing maintenance, repairs, and boiler services. Every project — whether it's a ground-up build or a routine service call — gets the same attention to detail and commitment to quality. We use current technology to deliver heating and cooling systems that are reliable, efficient, and built to last. About This Role We're looking to bring on several HVAC Service Technicians to support our growing commercial and industrial client base. These are full-time field positions centered on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of HVAC systems. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC equipment including rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, and heat pumps. Conduct scheduled maintenance and inspections to sustain system performance and extend equipment life. Identify and resolve electrical and mechanical faults across HVAC systems. Repair or replace worn or failed components — motors, compressors, fans, thermostats, and more. Work from wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals. Keep customers and teammates up to date on service findings and recommendations. Log all work accurately, including tasks completed, parts installed, and observed system conditions. Follow applicable safety standards, building codes, and internal company policies on every job. What You'll Bring High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC technical training or certification preferred. 4+ years in an HVAC service technician role or closely related position. Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and mechanical components. EPA 608 Universal Certification required. Ability to read and apply blueprints and technical documentation.
