What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4 or more years working as an HVAC service technician, EPA 608 Universal Certification required, Valid driver's license
Nice to Have
High school diploma or formal HVAC training or certification a plus, NATE certification or equivalent, Background in commercial HVAC environments, Experience with field service software or mobile work order systems
What You'll Do.
Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC equipment
Perform planned maintenance visits
Perform system inspections
Track down electrical problems
Track down mechanical problems
Swap out failing parts
Restore failing parts
Reference wiring diagrams
Interpret manufacturer documentation
Provide updates to customers
Provide updates to coworkers
Document service activity
Operate in compliance with safety protocols
Operate in compliance with relevant codes
