This role is vital to supporting our expanding customer base by delivering exceptional service, technical precision, and dependable performance. You’ll diagnose, maintain, and repair a wide range of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems while building lasting relationships with our customers through excellent communication and workmanship. What BME Offers You Top Pay: $35–$45 per hour Paid Weekly Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits: Begin Day 1 — no waiting period 80 Hours of Vacation to Start Company-Paid Life Insurance Policy 401(k) Plan: With company match Annual Perks: Boot Allowance and company-provided uniforms Home Dispatch: Begin your day from home (where applicable) Main Duties: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units (RTUs), chillers, boilers, DX equipment, fan systems, and refrigeration units. Perform routine service, maintenance, and warranty work to ensure optimal system performance. Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades. Track and document work performed, including obtaining purchase orders and completing service reports. Travel to customer locations to provide on-site service and repairs. Secondary Duties: Train apprentices and junior technicians. Communicate effectively with customers regarding service recommendations and system performance. Assist in ordering necessary parts and materials for repairs and maintenance. Requirements: Ability to carry and climb a ladder up to 28’. Ability to sit and stand for long period
