Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Minimum 12+ years’ experience of Contracting, Fluent in writing and reading English, Good knowledge of SAP system, understanding of supervising and Coordinating Bidding processes, understanding of Contracts administration, cost and controlling budget, Good technical understanding of maintenance execution management, Good technical understanding of People management

What You'll Do.
Develop scopes of work for maintenance activities
Develop Evaluation Criteria
Develop preliminary cost estimation for contracts
Coordinate and manage activities related to prepare Instructions
Coordinate kick of meeting with Contractors
Coordinate evaluation of economical offers
Ensure HSSEQ policies/programs are implemented within contracts
Ensure QA/QC requirements and KPI's are included in
