We are looking for a commercially minded Commercial Growth Associate to unlock this opportunity by increasing merchant activity, retention, product adoption and revenue through scalable, data-driven and AI-enabled growth initiatives. You will Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Product, Marketing and Data teams to drive merchant growth initiatives. Take ownership of the SME and long-tail merchant segment performance. Influence stakeholders using data-driven insights to prioritise growth opportunities. Merchant Lifecycle Growth Design and implement lifecycle programmes to improve merchant activation, engagement and retention. Identify growth opportunities across the merchant journey and deploy targeted interventions. Optimise onboarding-to-activation funnels to increase active merchant rates. Merchant Revenue Growth Drive Gross Payment Value (GPV) growth across the SME merchant base. Increase revenue per merchant through targeted commercial initiatives. Improve transaction frequency and overall merchant performance. Merchant Health & Segmentation Develop and manage merchant segmentation strategies based on behaviour and value.
