We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support the finance team in Hasbro Mexico. This role is highly focused on data management, reporting, and financial analysis, providing critical support to the Finance Manager and contributing to accurate and timely business insights. Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Data Support Support the preparation and update of budgets, forecasts, and planning templates. Maintain and manage financial datasets used for planning and reporting. Perform budget vs actual tracking, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Reporting & Data Analysis Prepare and maintain recurring reports and dashboards (weekly/monthly). Extract, clean, and validate data from ERP systems and multiple sources. Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and automated reports. Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and anomalies, highlighting key drivers. Commercial & Operational Support Support tracking of sales, trade spend, and margin performance. Prepare data and analysis for pricing and promotional activities.
