What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business, Energy, Environmental, Building Sciences or related discipline, 2 years of professional experience, Valid driver's license, Pass Motor Vehicle Records check
Nice to Have
Experience performing energy audits, Experience performing quality assurance inspections in residential customer homes, CEM/CLEP or other related certification, Knowledge of energy efficient technologies, Knowledge of practices related to Weatherization, Knowledge of practices related to HVAC systems, Knowledge of practices related to smart thermostats, Knowledge of practices related to commercial building energy technologies, Experience with HVAC system assessment, Experience with HVAC system operations, Experience with HVAC system maintenance, Prior experience delivering technical training, Prior experience developing technical training, In person customer service experience
What You'll Do.
Coordinate quality assurance activities
Perform post-field inspections
Perform work in progress observations
Perform safety observations
Assist with development of QA/QC plans
Assist with implementation of QA/QC plans
Assist with development of QA/QC procedures
Assist with implementation of QA/QC procedures
Conduct QA investigations of non-conforming program contractors
Coordinate corrective actions
Perform installation inspections
Perform energy savings calculations
Perform HVAC system assessment
Perform HVAC system operations
Perform HVAC system maintenance
Interact with customers
Interact with trade allies
Interact with key stakeholders
Complete inspection reports
Coordinate with QA/QC team members
Facilitate communication with trade allies
