6+ years in commercial execution, sales operations, planning or related roles with clear ownership of business outcomes, Demonstrable local market experience, with deep understanding of consumer, channel and sales dynamics in given geography, Proven track record supporting SOS or sales delivery, Demonstrable Experience working with and influencing central or regional teams in a matrix setup

Drive data-led decision making

Lead end-to-end strategy and execution of rep activation programs

Continuously evolve incentive and activation mechanisms

Proactively identify execution gaps

Lead rapid-response interventions

Own scenario planning and recovery strategies

Lead market inputs into S&OE

Influence supply-demand alignment

Ensure governance across execution

Drive efficiency and effectiveness of commercial spend

Challenge plans to ensure optimal resource allocation

Own the creation of actionable commercial insights

Shape future central plans by embedding deep market intelligence

Identify and lead initiatives to enhance execution models
