What You'll Do.
Establish new commercial escrow accounts
Process escrow documents
Service commercial real estate transactions
Act as neutral liaison
Monitor and mitigate company risk
Account for and disburse funds
and file closing documents
Prepare and distribute closing statements
Prepare legal documents for sale closure
Comply with regulatory requirements
