10+ years sales experience, Online advertising experience, Current or previous management experience, Proven track record of establishing and exceeding team and individual goals, Proven track record of personally pitching and closing business, Building and managing a sales organisation, Analytical skills for managing a systematic sales funnel, Demonstrating ROI to advertisers, Understanding of fundamentals of online advertising processes and technology, Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
Nice to Have
Contacts at both senior and junior levels is a plus, Experience in audience-based selling of digital media is ideal, Active in industry trade and networking events
What You'll Do.
Lead field advertising sales team
Manage sales function aspects
Develop new and incremental business
Set goals and ICP lists
Propose appropriate programs
Build trusted partnership with marketing
Drive thought leadership initiatives
Drive elite client engagement opportunities
Make sales calls throughout the territory
Drive revenue directly and through sales team
Develop and maintain high-level relationships with top-tier advertising
Regular reporting including forecasts against plans
Execute sales programs
Drive marketing programs
Build understanding of Quantcast products
Build agency/direct client relationships with senior level executives
Represent Company as external evangelist
Attend industry events
media/PR opportunities
