Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, preferably in Business, Law, Construction, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field, Minimum 15 years of relevant post qualification experience, Recent experience in a senior Contracts Administration, Commercial Director, or equivalent leadership role, Proven experience managing contracts administration, claims, and commercial teams dealing with major contractual disputes, Experience working with a major contractor, engineering consultant, claims consultancy, or equivalent organization in a senior commercial or contracts capacity, experience providing advice on contracts, procurement, claims, disputes, and contract interpretation, Demonstrable track record across all stages of the project life cycle, including contractual frameworks, cost estimation, site management, cost management, contract administration, claims, and dispute resolution, knowledge of FIDIC contracts or equivalent standard forms of contract, Proven ability to develop successful relationships at senior level with clients, contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders
