ROLE OVERVIEW At CodeRabbit, we seek an exceptional, passionate Commercial Customer Success Manager to join our growing customer success organization in the EMEA theater. As a founding member of the customer success management team, you will ensure our customers realize value with our AI-powered code review platform. You will own the full customer journey, from kickoff to renewal and expansion. You will build and maintain strong relationships across your book of business, and you will be a champion for our customers – a vocal advocate who goes above and beyond to ensure our customers thrive. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Build strong, meaningful relationships with our customers and proactively seek to understand their business objectives and expectations 2. Drive engagement and adoption throughout the full customer journey 3. Own a book of business to include renewals and expansion opportunities (for customers with <5,000 employees) 4. Become a product expert and understand all components of CodeRabbit 5. Educate customers on the best product usage, ensuring they maximize the value out of it 6. Champion customer needs internally, leveraging your customer knowledge to advocate for them and influence the product roadmap 7.
