Nice to Have

MBA or Advanced Degree, CPA, Experience with Capital IQ, Experience with FactSet, Experience with Bloomberg

What You'll Do.

Lead team in deal process

Make recommendations on credit structures

Make recommendations on risk ratings

Perform continuous credit monitoring

Provide independent credit quality assessment

Identify credit risks and mitigants

Identify industry concerns

Identify market trends

Identify financial trends

Perform initial analyses of new money

Perform initial analyses of material modifications

Evaluate ongoing credit risks

Determine risk rating of commercial clients

Manage day-to-day activities of Commercial Credit team

Ensure quality of underwriting

Ensure accuracy of risk ratings

Ensure quality of CCM activities

Identify emerging credit risk

Maintain quality of analyses

Mentor junior team members

Underwrite complex credit structures

Monitor complex credit structures

Provide guidance on complex credit structures

Assign customer relationships

Prepare risk assessment of customers

Identify emerging risks

Identify material changes in financial position

Evaluate compliance with loan agreement

Provide ongoing training to team

Prepare monthly productivity reports

Resolve policy issues

Resolve procedure issues

Resolve accounting issues

Resolve credit issues

Maintain in-depth knowledge of accounting pronouncements

Recruit Commercial Credit team
