What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years of relevant post-qualification legal experience, Proven track record drafting and negotiating complex technology and partnership agreements—ISV, SI, reseller, channel, marketplace, OEMbedded, and strategic alliance arrangements, knowledge of enterprise software licensing, data protection, and intellectual property, Experience designing and launching channel partner, reseller, or marketplace programs from the ground up, Comfort in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
Nice to Have
in-house experience in technology or SaaS strongly preferred, Experience supporting complex partner business models including reseller, referral, MSP, OEM, embedded, white-label, and marketplace structures, Experience negotiating with major systems integrators and consultancies (e. g. , Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, Big 4) and leading ISVs and cloud platforms

Own end-to-end legal strategy for partnership ecosystem
and negotiate commercial agreements
Serve as primary legal partner to Partnerships team
and improve scalable partnership templates
and commercially focused legal advice
Contribute to scaling Legal Team’s commercial function
Build scalable legal infrastructure for global partner motions
