8+ years legal experience, 3+ years in-house at a scale-up SaaS company, Experience with 6-figure enterprise deals, Experience with common sticking points + solutions, Drafting/negotiating MSAs, Drafting/negotiating Enterprise T&Cs, Drafting/negotiating DPAs from scratch, Familiar with DORA, Familiar with EU AI Act, Familiar with GDPR, Familiar with common frameworks raised in negotiations, Handles bespoke, complex partners with Sales, Security, Finance, and Product, Explains issues from a business frame, Risk and tradeoffs like a business partner, Pragmatic risk tolerance, Bias for action and brevity, Understands AI + AI companies, Navigate AI governance/risk/model-training concerns, Explain LLM provider vs. AI system deployer
