What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Law degree and qualification to practice law in a relevant EMEA jurisdiction, 5+ years of relevant post-qualification legal experience, Proven track record drafting and negotiating complex commercial and technology agreements, Experience advising on privacy, cybersecurity, and cross-border data transfer issues, Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, Comfort in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
Nice to Have
in-house experience in technology or SaaS strongly preferred
