What They're Looking For.
Must Have
JD (or equivalent) and member in good standing of a state bar, Proven experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts, including software, SaaS, and professional services
Nice to Have
4+ years experience working in-house legal and/or for a law firm, Experience with, or a desire to learn and implement, AI solutions in our products and in legal activities and processes, Experience in cross-functional work and communication, focusing on improving the customer experience and supporting company growth, Comfortable joining a small, growing team where you will need to build processes from the ground up

Automate routine legal tasks
Improve contract lifecycle management
Act as primary legal point of contact for sales
Assist with corporate governance
Develop internal policies
Assist with Board of Directors matters
Partner on US and international employment matters
Manage commercial contract queue
Identify opportunities for improvement
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Develop relationships with leaders and team members in Sales, Customer Success, People Operations, Product, Engineering and Finance; Partner with People Operations team on employment matters
