Our clinicians work alongside health system partners, extending the reach of local primary care providers into patients' homes. We're now applying AI agents across these workflows – from alert review and medication titration to lifestyle coaching and care coordination – with clinicians always in control of clinical decisions. The Role We're hiring a Commercial Contracts Attorney to manage and scale Cadence's contracting function across our health system partnerships and vendor relationships, ensuring our agreements support rapid growth while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulatory requirements. This is a mission-critical role at the intersection of legal strategy and healthcare operations. You'll collaborate across sales, partnerships, clinical, finance, security, compliance, and operations teams to deliver work that directly enables Cadence to expand access to proactive, tech-enabled care for patients with chronic conditions. What You’ll Do Own the full lifecycle of commercial contracts, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and closing agreements with health systems and other partners. Manage all vendor contracts and third-party relationships
