What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Law degree and qualification to practice law in a relevant APAC jurisdiction, 7+ years of relevant post-qualification legal experience, Proven track record drafting and negotiating complex commercial and technology agreements, knowledge of enterprise software licensing, SaaS, data protection, and intellectual property, Experience advising on privacy, cybersecurity, and cross-border data transfer issues, Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, Comfort in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
Nice to Have
in-house experience in technology or SaaS strongly preferred
