Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, Equivalent industry experience may be considered in lieu of formal education, understanding of commercial construction operations and project execution practices, Experience with scheduling, estimating, subcontract administration, and cost management, Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents, Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction/project management software, communication, organizational, and leadership capabilities, Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history, Ability to work on active construction sites, including climbing, walking uneven terrain, and lifting up to 50 lbs
Nice to Have
Experience supporting government or public-sector construction projects, Familiarity with IDIQ, JOC, designuild, and fast-track project delivery methods, Experience with line-item estimating, USACE/NAVFAC CQC certification

## Description Construction Project Manager (Level I or II) Location: Leesburg, VA Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Compensation: Level I: Starting at $95,000+ (based on experience) Level II: Starting at $110,000+ (based on experience) Overview An expanding construction organization is seeking Project Managers at both early-career and experienced levels to support a range of commercial, institutional, and public-sector projects. These roles are responsible for managing projects from initial planning and estimating through construction and final closeout.
