Commercial Catering Engineer - East Anglia £50-60k per annum Benefits: 36 days holiday (28 + bank holidays) - Pension Scheme - Life Insurance - HealthShield Healthcare our engineers are the heartbeat of our business; we look after them and in turn they look after our customers. There are regular opportunities to do more than your guaranteed 40 hours each week, on average our engineers work a 45-50 hours per week (Monday to Friday), this includes door to door travel and paid lunch breaks. How we work: Each engineer manages their own customer sites within a workable area, we don’t believe in travelling for hours to get to a site, it’s not productive. Our customers want the same engineer to look after them, which means building lasting relationships with the customer and their teams. Being part of a team: Every one of our engineers is as valuable as each other, they work closely with one another to ensure we are the best version of ourselves every day! The customers we work with want the same person to go to their kitchen, which means we build lasting relationships with our customers and our engineers stay - we are not recruiting new engineers to replace people, we are most defiantly recruiting engineers to service, support and manage our expanding customer portfolio. You will need recognised industry qualifications: Electrically qualified / time served. COMCAT's 1,2,3 & 5 Knowledge and experience working on a variety of catering equipment. Proven record of building strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Driving licence is a must. Why work for MCFT? Door-to-door competitive hourly rate that is enhanced when you are onsite.
