What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 year relevant experience, OR lieu of a degree, A combined minimum of 11 years higher education and/or work experience including 3 years relevant experience, 9 years supervisory/operations experience
What You'll Do.
Lead complex and high-value client implementations
including structured kickoff calls
and end-to-end onboarding.
Oversee delivery of platform and technical installs (e. g.
Online Client Facing program management platforms
Payables Automation platforms
QuickBooks integrations).
high-quality onboarding experiences that drive adoption and satisfaction.
Partner with Product Management to operationalize new and enhanced products.
Lead CCI workstreams for fintech initiatives
and risk/control requirements.
Maintain deep platform expertise to support delivery and reduce dependency on Product teams.
Actively manage pipeline pull-through with Sales to resolve stalled or complex deals.
Drive reductions in documentation and credit cycle times.
Own operational risk management across CCI with controls and governance.
Lead audit engagements
“effective” ratings across all functions.

Build and develop CCI capacity
including hiring and onboarding new resources.
Strengthen coordination across CCI
and Solution Delivery teams.
