What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum of 7 years of experience in IVD or related sectors, Significant commercial experience in diagnostic, medical device, or AI-enabled healthcare solutions, Proven ability to translate customer and healthcare system needs into scalable commercial strategies, workflow optimizations, and digital enablement initiatives across complex environments, Demonstrated track record of making strategic commercial decisions, managing complex initiatives, navigating international matrix environments, and driving organizational transformation, Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), Fluent in English

Nice to Have

Experience in a customer-facing or field-based role, Additional languages are a plus, Willingness to experiment and learn

Team & Collaboration

Work within a highly collaborative and innovative environment; Serve as the strategic bridge between global functions and regional/local execution; Serve as an IBT member linking with the corresponding Business Area, Pharma, and Disease Area Network; Steer the business and support affiliates with diverse needs; Foster strong, transversal integration across the ecosystem (FMI IBTs, Affiliates, iKAMs, Regions, Pharma); Partner with other commercial business leaders and finance
