Must Have
Bachelor's degree or above in scientific disciplines, preferably majoring in life science areas relevant to the Antibody, Relevant sales experience (1 - 3 years) in the Discovery business or related fields, Ability to operate effectively in an international business environment within the Discovery business, Ability to accurately forecast sales within the territory on a weekly basis within the Discovery business
Nice to Have
Market Knowledge of the Biological and CRO or CDMO market or the general biotech industry, with an emphasis on areas relevant to the Discovery business such as Bioassays, Antibody, and Cell Line Products/Services
What You'll Do.
driving and supporting sales initiatives by implementing ProBio's custom discovery sales and marketing strategies
develop and execute profitable projects and boost sales
Expand and develop the assigned sales territory for ProBio's custom life science service lines related to the Discovery business and meet the sales targets for the assigned territory
Work closely with the Marketing team
and Sales team to promote the ProBio brand in line with the team's sales objectives
Spend 30% of your time on quote and lead follow - up
and 70% of your time traveling for customer visits and relationship - building to achieve the monthly/quarterly/yearly sales goals
formulate and execute territory sales strategies and tactics for services
and new applications within the Discovery business
ensure all necessary actions are taken to secure business in a competitive Discovery market
understanding the customer's research application in the Discovery area and matching ProBio services to meet the requirements of the customer's research project
Share market insights with the Sales
and Marketing teams through a weekly field feedback report within the context of the Discovery business
Introduce ProBio to new markets - Industrial/Academic/Governmental - specifically in relation to the Discovery services
Drive business expansion in partnership with the Marketing within the Discovery
