Job Description Pulley is hiring licensed architects and engineers to review commercial plan sets and produce structured IBC code compliance findings across egress, fire-resistance, accessibility, structural, and MEP and other disciplines. Who You Are - You might be a Senior Project Architect or Technical Architect who QA/QCs CD sets before permit, reads code daily, and can cite the IBC tables behind a finding. 15+ years commercial experience and extensive, hands-on QA/QC, permit/correction-letter experience required. Comfort reviewing plans on screen in a web app is essential. OR, - You might be a current or former municipal plans examiner or 3rd party plan reviewer. 10+ years commercial experience and extensive, hands-on permit/correction-letter experience required.
