As we rapidly scale across the UK and beyond, we’re looking for ambitious talent to join us on our mission to transform care at a global scale. 32Co is at an inflection point. The platform is built, revenue is accelerating, and we are moving from a single-specialty company to a multi-vertical specialist healthcare platform - with AI as embedded clinical infrastructure. We are not searching for product-market fit anymore. We are ready to dominate the market, and to do it across multiple medical specialties. The Role We're building a national network of Sleep Centres embedded within our partnered dental practices - and a patient growth engine that brings motivated patients straight to their door. You'll be one of the first voices those patients hear, and one of the main reasons they take the next step. That means owning the top of the patient funnel: responding to inbound leads quickly, having warm and purposeful conversations, and turning interest into booked appointments. It's high-volume and high-energy - but it's not a call centre. The people you're speaking to already want help with their sleep. Your job is to make sure they get it. You'll manage your pipeline in HubSpot, keeping things organised and moving at pace. You’ll also work directly with our clinical team and senior leadership, including our CEO - which means real visibility and a genuine hand in shaping how we grow.
